About Us

Bremridge Hall was established in 1883 as Locksmiths and Rubber Stamp manufacturers in Long Street, Cape Town. We are still in the original building. We started with Printers trays and Matrix boards to make rubber . These were all hand made stamps. We later progressed to Ludlo machines. We were the first stamp manufacturers in S.A during 1957 to offer a 2 hour service. Computerised typesetting was introduced in 1975.
